Refund policy

At NIZAM, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive your order and decide that the product is not right for you, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges if the product is being returned simply because they changed their mind or didn't like it.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed according to NIZAM's return procedure.
• Products that are used, damaged, modified, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
